The Label behind

Since 2017, Satta Dub Records has been active as an independent vinyl-focused label.
At the heart of the imprint are physical releases on vinyl – pressed in various formats and consciously limited quantities.

Our catalog features original compositions with international guests as well as riddims by close friends and fellow producers. Musically, the spectrum reaches from classic 1970s Roots vibrations, through 80s and 90s Dancehall foundations, up to modern digital Steppers. All of this finds its natural home on wax.

In our hearts, we believe that this music belongs on vinyl.
At the same time, it is important for us to reach younger listeners who are discovering Dub culture through digital platforms and streaming. The essence must be carried forward – the format itself is secondary. Still, we put special care into small, focused and limited releases, made to spark the scene and keep the fire burning.
Original is original.

A large part of our work takes place in our own studio. This is where riddims are created, mixes are shaped and masters are finalized. Feel free to dive deeper and check the process in detail.
